As head chef of the Sonnalpin glacier restaurant, chef Akram has already made a name for himself. For many of his guests, he is still simply the "Zugspitz-Koch". In addition to his work in the show kitchen on Germany's highest peak, Akram gave cooking courses and wrote a cookbook that will be on display in the restaurant.
