"As your innkeeper, I would like to welcome you and briefly introduce myself: My Indian forefathers were all active as Ayurvedic physicians. After a four-year intensive training as a chef, I learned the high culinary art of Mughlai cuisine (formerly reserved only for ruling families in the Mughal Empire) for another 2 years. I worked as a gourmet chef in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Islamabad, Karachi, Barcelona and Munich. For more than 10 years I have been living with my German wife and child in Garmisch, where I run a café and a restaurant. During my kitchen management at Zugspitze, I also wrote a cookbook, which will be on display in the restaurant.
