All prices quoted below are all-in prices, i.e. including taxes, heating and final cleaning!
The deposit amounts to one months rent. - For double occupancy a surcharge of 20% is added to the price for single occupancy. We charge a flat rate of 10 €/night for short-term visitors.
- The rental period per apartment ranges from 1 to 6 months. We will be happy to offer you another, comparable apartment afterwards, if available.
- Usually, our contracts start at the beginning or the 15th of a month and end accordingly at the end or the 14th of a month.
- Smoking is allowed on the balconies and terraces only.
- Keeping pets is not allowed.
Sample apartments
Below you will find a small, representative selection of a total of 180 apartments. All come fully furnished and include a flat-screen TV, a small safe, desk, dining table and a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc. The apartments constructed in 2020 additionally feature a microwave with hot air function (oven replacement), a dishwasher and soundproof glazing.
